В центре Санкт-Петербурга в одной из квартир ранее обвалился потолок. В помещении дома на улице Некрасова крупный кусок штукатурки обрушился на кровать. Обошлось без пострадавших, так как в тот момент на ней никто не лежал. Жильцы дома считают, что виной шаткого состояния дома оказались регулярные перепланировки помещений на нижнем этаже и в подвале.
