第二百八十四条 海上货物运输请求赔偿的请求权，时效期间为一年。其中，请求承运人、实际承运人赔偿的，时效自货物交付或者应当交付之日起计算；请求托运人、收货人或者运输单证持有人赔偿的，时效自权利人知道或者应当知道权利被侵害之日起计算。
